7 minute break?

So I think that taking a 7-15 minute break of doing nothing but laying down and collecting my thoughts seems to help improve my concentration in the afternoons. Going to be trying this tomorrow, and tomorrow AM

So, this tactic seems to have variable success. Some days, it's just what the doctor ordered, other days, it just highlights how long the day is going on.
